Cancelations

I can only process cancelations if I have not personized an item AND it has not been shipped or downloaded.

Digital Items

Due to the nature of digital products there is no return after an item has been downloaded. If you have changed your mind before downloading, please notify me and I will issue a refund as soon as possible. Please note that funds may not be immediately available as it can take a few days for banks to process.
