Fun Summer Boredom Buster Series: Scavenger Hunts

Are you kids quickly becoming bored with the same old hikes, the same park, or being stuck inside during bad weather (we include the extreme summer heat here in Tx, LOL) Scavenger Hunts can be used in a variety of places to bring fresh excitement to our kids. The best part is they can be solo or in groups, so if you have one kid, or a dozen, a scavenger hunt can be fun.

To be honest after 8 posts I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to come up with more fun things to break the boredom complaints, then it hit me. Scavenger Hunts! The timing couldn’t be more perfect as I am taking daily walks with my daughter, and she is finding the same path to be a bit repetitious.
