Free Kids Printable Activity: Porcupine Mask

Are you looking for some fun activities to do with your children? Me too! Last summer we had so much fun making the elephant masks that we decided to try making porcupine masks! To go along with my book “The Little Purple Porcupine” the free design makes a medium child size purple porcupine.

The Free Template is for a medium sized mask, if you need a larger mask check out my store or would like an outline to save ink. I have the full set that includes the medium size, a large size, outline and full color options plus a bonus doll size mask in my store.

Directions:

Download and print my pattern pieces. Make sure to print the main mask page on cardstock. It needs to be heavier paper. Print the “quills” on regular weight paper. Carefully cut out the face mask and cut out the eyes. Glue pompom on for a nose. Punch small holes for the elastic, attach the elastic. Cut out the quills and glue along the top of the mask. Allow time to dry.
